Yes. Dampsafe supports emergency and high-risk damp and mould cases, including severe outbreaks, vulnerable resident situations and occupied-property escalations.
What happens during an emergency damp response?
Emergency response may include immediate assessment, containment, environmental stabilisation, mould remediation, safeguarding escalation and photographic reporting depending on the severity of the case. Following immediate stabilisation measures, additional Damp & Mould Remediation works may also be required.
Can you support overflow or surge capacity for housing providers?
Yes. Dampsafe can support housing providers and FM organisations with additional operational capacity during periods of increased demand, emergency response requirements or severe-case escalation.
Do you provide out-of-hours support?
Dampsafe can support emergency attendance and urgent operational response requirements depending on severity, location and client arrangements.
