The Dampsafe Difference

A man kneeling near a corner, wearing gloves, a hoodie, and a mask, working on a construction or repair project in a room with unfinished walls.

Targeted mould remediation carried out efficiently and respectfully within occupied homes.

Our process focuses on treating and removing mould from affected surfaces, reducing immediate health risk, and stabilising affected areas. All works are supported by dated before and after photographs, room-by-room records, and clear reporting.

We do not use bleach to mask staining, and we do not paint over affected areas. Where staining remains following treatment, this is explained within the report.

Where underlying moisture or building defects remain, this is clearly highlighted, as long-term resolution depends on addressing the root cause.

  • Mould is not just a surface issue, it is a housing health risk that requires a structured and accountable response.

Our process provides clear, auditable evidence of works completed, alongside identification of any underlying issues. This supports compliance, reduces ongoing risk, and gives housing providers confidence in the actions taken.

  • We understand that a mould-affected home is a stressful environment.

Our teams are trained to work in sensitive, occupied households, including with vulnerable tenants. We focus on clear communication, respectful delivery, and creating a calm experience, while providing landlords with a reliable and auditable record of the work carried out.

  • We don’t rely on guesswork. Our work is structured and based on what we see in the property.

We look at what’s causing the mould as well as the mould itself, so each visit provides both treatment and insight. This helps housing providers understand not just what has been done, but what may still need to be addressed.

We focus on identifying contributing factors, carrying out controlled remediation, and providing clear, auditable records of the work completed
