Dampsafe Founder Angela Taylor Named Finalist in National Neurodiverse Business Awards 2026

Angela Taylor of Dampsafe named finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the Neurodiverse Business Awards 2026.

10 February 2026

Dampsafe is proud to share that our Founder and Managing Director, Angela Taylor, has been named a finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the National Neurodiverse Business Awards 2026.

This recognition reflects more than business growth. It recognises the way Dampsafe has been built: as a specialist damp and mould remediation company with a strong focus on inclusion, resident care and practical support inside occupied homes.

Many of the households we attend include vulnerable residents, people with respiratory conditions, families with SEND needs, and residents who may feel anxious or overwhelmed about allowing contractors into their home. Our structured pod model and tenant-centred approach are designed to reduce barriers, improve communication and help ensure works are completed calmly, respectfully and professionally.

Since October 2025, Dampsafe has delivered damp and mould services for SNG across BCP and Dorset with zero formal complaints and 100% on-time reporting.

Damp and mould is not just a maintenance issue. It is a health, housing and compliance issue. We are proud that our inclusive, evidence-led approach, and Angela’s leadership in shaping that model, has been recognised nationally.

The Neurodiverse Business Awards celebrate neurodivergent talent and neuroinclusive employers across the UK workforce. The 2026 awards took place in London on 18 March 2026. (neuroinclusivebusiness.com)
